Individual supervision (55min)

Individual supervision in psychotherapy is a professional process in which a therapist meets with a supervisor, also a clinician to discuss their clinical work. The goal is to enhance the therapist’s skills, ensure ethical standards, and offer support. During supervision, the therapist presents cases, reflects on their therapeutic interventions, and explores any emotional responses as well as sell effective use of self to their clients.

This collaborative process helps the therapist gain new insights, learn different techniques, and maintain personal well-being, ultimately leading to improved client outcomes.

Supervision is essential for both novice and seasoned therapists to refine their practice and maintain accountability as well as represents support.

Dyadic Supervision session (55 min)

Dyadic psychotherapy supervision is a collaborative process where two therapists meet with a supervisor to review their clinical work. This form of supervision allows therapists to discuss their therapeutic approaches, share insights, and reflect on client dynamics in a safe, supportive environment. The supervision focuses on fostering professional growth, enhancing clinical skills, and maintaining ethical practices. Through dialogue and feedback, therapists improve their understanding of the therapeutic relationship and develop new techniques to enhance client outcomes. Dyadic supervision promotes mutual learning and encourages reflective practice in psychotherapy.

Upcoming Supervision group (min 4 - max 8 people)

Our online group psychotherapy supervision provides a dynamic and supportive space for multiple therapists qualifying to meet with a supervisor and peers to discuss their clinical cases. This format encourages the exchange of diverse perspectives and collaborative problem-solving, enhancing each therapist’s skills and insight. Therapists can present their cases, reflect on therapeutic interventions, and explore countertransference issues while receiving feedback from both the supervisor and the group members. The group setting fosters professional growth, peer support, and deeper self-awareness, helping therapists improve their practice and navigate complex client dynamics. Group supervision is ideal for clinicians seeking diverse input and shared learning as well as meeting new peers that may serve as a potential referral source.
